Shipping & Returns Policy

We do offer a Money Back Guarantee for any non–customized, non–damaged item minus shipping charges as detailed in the return policy. To be eligible for a refund of your purchase:
- You will need to return the item purchased within 30 days, starting from the day you completed
the order. - The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items.
- Items for refund received by us after the initial 30–day will be forfeited and not returned nor refunded.
- Some items are non–refundable. These items are described as “not refundable” on the product details page and will include (service–based items and digital files).

REPLACEMENTS, WARRANTY, OR REFUNDS
- Standard warranty involves the first 30 days of purchase. We will need to be notified of any defects or damage to the product as soon as it is delivered. There will be insurance on the package. I do take pictures of all products and packaging before mailing.
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days of receiving the purchased item back at
our location.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
- Shipping costs are included in the final cost of your order.
- Please allow up to 5 business days after the order is placed for the items to be processed and shipped.
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service).
- We DO ship to Puerto Rico.
- We DO ship to APO addresses.
- We DO ship to PO Boxes.
- We DO NOT ship to Guam, Saipan, or any other United States–controlled territories.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, we do not ship anywhere outside of the United States.

- The products you receive may not look exactly as the ones in the images as each item is handmade and will vary slightly.
- In any instance of our policy where the buyer has to ship an item back to the merchant, the buyer will be responsible for those shipping costs.
